This app collects location data to verify attendance and on-premise presence even when the app is closed or not in use. Location data is used exclusively for attendance tracking and geofence detection by your organization, and not for advertising or marketing.

You may disable location permissions at any time from your device settings; however, some features (like automatic attendance logging) may stop working.

We collect your mobile number for sign-in (via OTP), attendance activity (sign in/out time), and precise location to verify on-premise presence using a geofence. Location may be processed in the background while your shift is active. We do not sell your data. We share limited data with service providers (e.g., SMS for OTP and reverse geocoding APIs) to run core features.

Information We Collect

1) Account & Contact

Mobile number (used for OTP login and to identify your account).

2) Location Data

Precise location to verify whether you are inside the allowed work geofence.
Location may be collected in the background while you are on shift to determine inside/outside status and for time-on-premise tracking.

3) App Activity & Usage

Attendance events (sign-in/sign-out time), “outside geofence” segments and their durations.

4) Device & Diagnostics

Basic technical information sent by your device (IP address, device/OS details, timestamps, error logs) to keep the App running securely.

How We Use Your Information

Authenticate you via OTP and manage your session.
Verify attendance and on-premise presence using geofencing.
Provide HR/Payroll-related views such as monthly present/leave/absent stats and advance balance.
Send alerts if you remain outside the geofence for a configured duration during an active shift.
Maintain and improve the App, prevent fraud, secure our services, and comply with legal requirements.

Background Location

When your shift is active, the App may process your location in the background in order to determine whether you are inside or outside the work geofence and to compute “time on premises.” You can disable location permissions in your device settings; however, the App may not function as intended without them.

Permissions We Request

Location (While in use & Background): geofence and attendance verification.
Network/Internet: communicating with secure APIs.
Notifications (if enabled): service notifications related to background location.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., OTP/SMS gateways, reverse geocoding APIs) under contracts that protect your data.
Employer/Organization that provided your account, to fulfill attendance and compliance purposes.
Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services (Examples)

SMS/OTP provider to deliver verification codes.
Reverse geocoding providers to convert latitude/longitude into readable location text.

These providers may process your IP address and location coordinates to provide their services. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the App and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Attendance records may be kept according to your employer’s policy. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we strive to safeguard your data using industry-standard practices.

You can control location permissions in your device settings.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us (or your employer, where applicable).

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your state or country. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for cross‑border data transfers.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for use by employees and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
